TERMS & CONDITIONS — GUT LED FEEDING

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gutledfeeding.com (including gutledfeeding.com/calmgutmethod) and any related products and services offered by Gut Led Feeding — Stefanie Drummond (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any part of the website, course materials, subscriptions, or services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) DEFINITIONS
- Website: gutledfeeding.com and related pages we operate.
- Services: our digital course(s), downloadable resources, templates, lesson comments, and optional Monthly Support subscription.
- Course: The Calm Gut Feeding Method (digital course + included materials).
- Monthly Support: Gut-Led Feeding Support™ — a recurring monthly add-on providing a log-based review + personalised feedback, as described on the upsell/checkout page.
- Content: videos, PDFs, downloads, worksheets, tools, and any other materials provided by us.
- You / User: anyone who visits, purchases, or uses the Website or Services.
3) ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing, you confirm you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
4) ACCOUNTS & ACCESS (GOHIGHLEVEL)
Course access is delivered via GoHighLevel (or our current platform). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being shared, resold, or used in violation of these Terms.
5) WHAT YOU’RE BUYING
A) The Calm Gut Feeding Method (Course)
When you purchase the Course, you receive access for the lifetime of the Course — meaning for as long as The Calm Gut Feeding Method remains available and operational on our platform.
We may update, improve, or add to the Course content over time.
If we ever discontinue the Course, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and/or an alternative access solution where practical.
B) Gut-Led Feeding Support (Monthly Support subscription)
If you purchase Monthly Support, you receive ongoing educational support designed to help you apply what you learned in real life—calmly and confidently.
Monthly Support is not “always-on” access. It runs on a capacity-managed, cohort-based schedule with specific submission windows and predictable delivery timelines, so support stays personal and sustainable.
Typical Monthly Support includes (as described on the offer page):
- Optional monthly submission of a simple 3-day snapshot/log (no weighing, no tracking apps, no perfection)
- A calm, non-judgmental Meal Pattern Review (what’s working, one key pattern, one gentle adjustment, one reassurance)
- A short written summary and a 1–3 minute voice note with clear next steps
- You may skip any month (optional participation)
Cohorts & submission windows:
You are placed into a small review group (“cohort”) at purchase and remain in that cohort. Each cohort has a set monthly submission window and a corresponding feedback window. We will communicate your cohort and dates by email and/or inside your account.
6) EDUCATIONAL + MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)
Our Services provide education and general guidance and are not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, allergies, growth concerns, severe symptoms, or urgent issues. If you believe your child has a medical emergency, seek urgent medical care immediately.
7) COMMENTS UNDER LESSONS (COMMUNITY-LITE)
The Course may include a comment feature under lessons.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, misleading, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights. We may remove comments or restrict commenting access at our discretion to keep the space safe and useful.
Do not share sensitive personal data (yours or your child’s) in public comments.
8) ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree you will not:
- copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly share Course Content
- share login access with others or create “group access”
- record, download, or screen-capture paid videos for redistribution
- use our Content to create competing products/services
- misuse the Website, attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Services
9) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content is owned by Gut Led Feeding / Stefanie Drummond or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased Content for your own personal use only.
10) PAYMENTS (STRIPE)
Payments are processed via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method and agree to Stripe’s terms.
11) SUBSCRIPTION BILLING, CANCELLATION & CHANGES (MONTHLY SUPPORT)
If you enroll in Monthly Support:
- You will be billed the subscription price shown at checkout (currently $24/month) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime using the method provided (or by emailing [email protected]).
- Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past billing periods.
We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice (where required by law). The cohort structure and cadence exist to protect quality and sustainability.
12) REFUND POLICY
A) Course refund — 30-day “no questions asked”
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Course.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase using the subject line “Refund Request” and include the purchase email and order details.
We do not require you to justify your decision. Refund abuse, fraud, content sharing, or chargeback misuse may void eligibility.
B) Monthly Support subscription
Monthly Support is an ongoing service. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing. Refunds for a current billing cycle are not guaranteed once the cycle has started, unless required by law or unless we fail to deliver the service as described.
If you submit a log and we deliver feedback for that month, the month’s service is considered delivered.
13) SERVICE AVAILABILITY & INTERRUPTIONS
We may occasionally pause access for maintenance, updates, or platform issues. We will aim to restore service promptly. We are not liable for disruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, infrastructure failures, force majeure).
14) NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Every child and family is different. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., foods eaten, timelines, reduced tantrums, digestion changes). Testimonials and examples are individual experiences and not promises.
15) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption).
- Our total liability for claims related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., intentional misconduct, fraud, mandatory consumer rights).
16) INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
17) CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU/UK)
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you may have statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms affects those mandatory rights.
Because the Course is digital content delivered immediately, withdrawal rights may be affected once performance begins under applicable rules. Regardless, we provide the 30-day no-questions-asked Course refund described above.
18) GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring claims in your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.
19) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website is the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
